(More customer reviews)I'm not sure why some people are having difficulty with this product, but I have personally not experienced any problems with this model. Maybe I'm used to the quality of these products since I had a similar keyless entry system on my old garage opener. The item is secure on the side of our garage and has worked from day one without any problems. We have had this system for a year and it's doing fine.
