Julie must be the best paid person there or own the business. She was soo sweet, calm and helpful, it's something that's rarely encountered in customer service (even when they get the order wrong).
Not only did she not hesitate to send out the right unit, but send it to me in another country at no additional charge. It arrived within days. The right one this time. She also sent me a prepaid envelope that I sent back the wrong one when I got back to the US.
NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!
The unit works great. And now I've got the hots for Julie with the sweet voice ;-D

The Model 308911 1-Channel Visor Transmitter is a poratble transmitter designed for automatic door and gate operator applications. This transmitter is a single-channel device, pressing the pushbutton will send a signal to the receiver. The transmitter has a red test/operate indicator and is powered by a 9-volt battery. The transmitter is Multi-Code format with one 10-position coding switch providing 1,024 possible codes. The transmitter will only activate receivers set with the same code. The Model 308911 is compatible with 300 MHz Multi-Code receivers by Linear. The Linear 308911 is only for Linear Multicode openers. It is not a universal remote. It will not work with openers manufactured by Chamberlain, Liftmaster, Sears Craftsman, Wayne Dalton, Genie, Overhead Door Code Dodger, and older Overhead Door openers with dipswitches. The back of your current remote opener should have the number 308911 on it.
